I have been living at the Carter about two years it’s been decent but since going under new management with Kairoi, it’s gone downhill super fast, the lockers are broken for packages, they turned off the phones so you can’t reach them at the front, and they don’t even take out the trash anymore in the parking structure, tenants have pointed it out to them multiple times and they just ignore it which is crazy. I lived here for about 4.5 years. I did like living here for the most part but there was some things that really bothered me as well: 1. The hallway floors were washed only once during that period of time. They were disgusting. I asked the apartments multiple times to fix and was ignored. 2. Cob webs are all over the property in hallways, stairways, etc. Again, I asked the apartments to clean and was ignored. 3. I had a bike stolen out of the bike garage storage. I would like to thank you Jaime for your kindness and professionalism. I was very impressed with how you handle your business of helping me be able to stay at the Carter and transfer to a new unit. I have been here for over 2 years now and can definitely see the difference from the old management. Thank all again.

I lived at the Carter for a little over a year and absolutely loved it. I lived on the top floor facing the pool, and it was very quiet — I virtually never heard my neighbors. The unit itself was well-designed and solidly built. The property management team is wonderful — by far the best I’ve ever experienced. They were always friendly, professional and accommodating, and they responded to maintenance requests and other issues extremely efficiently and effectively. It was a great experience.

The Carter is a beautiful apartment and I love living here! The whole complex is stunning and the location is great! One of the best parts about the apartment complex is the property management team in the front office. The whole team does a wonderful job of always making me feel welcome and prioritizing any issues that come up. Shout out Darnell, Ashlynn and Cory - appreciate everything you guys do!
