When I moved in, the washer reeked of mold the first time I opened it. Waited patiently for a fix for a month while they give me the run-around, but now I'm at the end of my rope. Is a mold-free apartment where I can wash my clothes too much to ask for $2k/mo? Whoever lived here before me owned an animal with 1.5" white hairs. Nice pool tho!
The Carter apartments are a great luxury-style complex and I always receive compliments from guests on my apartment layout and the pool. Everything is clean, and the amenities cannot be beat along with the location. Management is also amazing, and do all they can to ensure you have an enjoyable experience living here. I highly suggest both Jaime and Jennifer to anyone in the area looking to move after all they did to make my experience enjoyable.
I lived here for about 4.5 years. I did like living here for the most part but there was some things that really bothered me as well: 1. The hallway floors were washed only once during that period of time. They were disgusting. I asked the apartments multiple times to fix and was ignored. 2. Cob webs are all over the property in hallways, stairways, etc. Again, I asked the apartments to clean and was ignored. 3. I had a bike stolen out of the bike garage storage. I would like to thank you Jaime for your kindness and professionalism. I was very impressed with how you handle your business of helping me be able to stay at the Carter and transfer to a new unit. I have been here for over 2 years now and can definitely see the difference from the old management. Thank all again.
I have lived at The Carter for about 3 years, always paid my rent on the first. I had to move out early as I purchased a home so I had to pay $5200 for an early move out. I requested a walk through to make sure everything was good so James at the Carter did the walk through with me, it is part of his job. Neither the manager or the assistant manager would do the walk through. I turned in my keys and I had to initial that my keys are in.
