Kairoi management is a 5 star, top-tier professional management team. I moved into Carter right before they took over and they have done a stellar job! Right off the bat, they had all of the carpets professionally shampooed. Their cleaning staff keeps the mail room, bathrooms, business center and all community areas squeaky clean!
