From the moment I messaged about the unit for rent till the moment we moved in I’ve been very impressed with Sonia, the building manager at Casa Laurel’s service. She was prompt with her responses and extremely helpful with the whole process. She made everything easy and explained everything thoroughly. If I had any questions or concerns she addressed them in a timely and efficient manner. Overall I appreciate how incredibly smooth it was to move in to the building complex.
_I don’t remember how i found the place but it was the very same day when my sons and i decided to find a new place. the manager was leaving for another State that weekend so everything was rushed to get me in. sooo thankful!! sooo blessed i got in! huge rooms, plenty of cabinets, bath/room is on point but my favorite place is my living room.🫶 so spacious you can make another room. parking spaces are 👍👍 and neighbors are polite. i made a request 3 years ago to repaint our bathroom and forgot about it because Managers come & go not until my cousins from Michigan asked if they can visit and stay w/ us for couple of days. so i made the request last Wednesday for the repaint and the vendors came the week after! it’s great to feel being heard coz our new Manager Sonia is always on top! we have cleaning lady vacuuming our hallways couple of days a week! Sonia doesn’t treat us as job. she treats us as family!
My mother has lived in this apartment complex for so many years. They’ve always fixed everything in a timely manner. Specially having Sonia as the manager has made it easier for us. She is always on point.
We’ve seen many managers come and go from La casa Laurel , but Sonia has been the best one we have ever gotten hands down ! She is always available when you need something and is quick to get things done and fixed around here . She is organized and ready to listen to things tenants need fixed in their units . It’s a pleasure having her be our manager on site .
