I would love to share that it’s been 1 week since me my husband and our kids moved into the complex and we absolutely love it the community is very welcoming. Our unit has exceeded our expectations we are very pleased with our home. Moving here is by far the best decision me and my husband made for our children. I wish I could put a negative amount of stars. I NORMALLY DO NOT WRITE REVIEWS, BUT THIS TIME, IT’S MANDATORY!!!! This was my worst experience with an apartment EVER!! Do not walk, RUN AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!! These apartments are extremely old and outdated!! They seem like they are still using the same pipes and appliances since they were built! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chryslyn at Casa Pointe Villas was amazing while showing me around the property! She was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. You can tell she truly cares about helping people feel comfortable and informed. The property itself was beautiful, and her positive attitude made the experience even better. I highly recommend asking for Chryslyn if you’re looking at Casa Pointe Villas!
Went to tour this past week and was very impressed with how reasonable the pricing was for the amount of square footage. Not to mention that the layouts come with a garage! I am not able to move yet but when I am I will 100% be coming back. Not to mention the amazing staff. The manager Natalie was very informative and I appreciate the time she took to show me the property even though she knew I wasn't able to move yet.
Jessica always gives the best customer service anytime I call in or swing by the office. Maintenance is prompt and takes care of my needs in a timely manner. I will definitely be renewing my lease again. Thanks team!
