GO ELSEWHERE!! Casa Pools is a nightmare to deal with. They considered it an honor to enable me to pay them $95K to install my pool. As a new construction home owner they charged me $40K for the pavers on my pool. In January 2024 they knew they did not order enough coping for my pool but they never said anything. As a the home owner I worked around my builder, Casa Pools, West Coast Pavers to work with Stone Mart in Fort Myers to expedite the coping because no one else would.
