Got a referral from my dentist to have a more complex problem assessed. The practice was able to fit me in within a day (much appreciated at 8/10 pain level). Professional and courteous staff, got X-Rays and CT scan completed promptly. Doctor took time to review imaging with me, provided me with a diagnosis and treatment plan, I was able to take a prescription to a pharmacy of my choice. Issue seems to be addressed for now and I am pain free!
Everyone was very polite and professional. Getting a root canal is no walk in the park, but they did a good job fixing the issue. They made sure I was as comfortable as I could be during the procedure. I would recommend this place, if you ever do need a root canal.
I just had a root canal at Cascade Endodontics and had a great experience from scheduling to the procedure. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Welk was wonderful. He explained my issue and the treatment well. I had a root canal 20 years ago with another provider that did not go smoothly, so he took the time to listen to my experience and he reassured me. I would recommend Dr. Welk!
From the first phone interaction, to the doctor and his assistant, 10/10 recommend going here. The doctor did a great job of explaining everything and making me feel extremely comfortable. I was able to get in for a root canal quickly and this team is just amazing all around. You can tell they have a passion for what they do and are absolute experts.
Highly recommended!! Dr Welk is definitely skillful and the staff is helpful and kind. The clinic is also honest (they credited my credit card as soon as they confirmed payments from insurance) and transparent. A trustworthy and professional clinic!
