I was terrified to go in for my root canal and consultation (scheduled in the same visit), but I was welcomed so warmly as soon as I entered the office. Every person I came in contact with was incredibly kind, personable, and made me feel at ease. The experience far exceeded my expectations and I will 100% return if I ever need another one. I am so thankful to everyone at Cascade Endodontics for making what I thought was such a scary thing, not scary at all.
From the first phone interaction, to the doctor and his assistant, 10/10 recommend going here. The doctor did a great job of explaining everything and making me feel extremely comfortable. I was able to get in for a root canal quickly and this team is just amazing all around. You can tell they have a passion for what they do and are absolute experts.
I think Dr. Aaron welk is a magician! I have never had injections that were not somewhat uncomfortable. Aaron has the magic touch, I didn't feel the needles for the first time in my life. Also I fell alseep during root canal, that's how comfortable I felt He explained everything so I understood Whole office very friendly and professional I am extremely happy I went there
This is my second root canal. The Dr and staff were GREAT. The explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, the process was quick, almost painless, and their “chair-side manner” was excellent. Root canals are no fun, but this office did the procedure very well. I would recommend them for anyone.
Cascade Endodontics in Tualatin is truly a Five Star company. I recently had a molar that the nerve died and that produced an excruciating throbbing ache in my lower left jaw. Of course, this happened over the Labor Day holiday. My dentist was responsive to my needs and prescribed an antibiotic and suggested pain treatment, but of course he didn't do root canals.
