I was experiencing severe tooth pain, and my dentist referred me to Cascade Endodontics for evaluation for a root canal. I called their office as soon as I got home from the dentist. I was shocked when they offered me an evaluation appointment two days later, as I was expecting a wait. I was even more shocked when, after I explained my symptoms, they offered to put the appointment at a time when the root canal could also be performed, if deemed necessary. It was far less stressful, and there was no pain! Dr. Welks embodies both knowledge and compassion. He took the time to understand my concerns and explained the procedure thoroughly. His staff is fantastic, making every interaction a pleasure!
Dr Welk is a excellent and very competent and kind endocontist. I have referred many people to him over the years since I first met Dr. Welk and he either evaluated or performed root canals that I needed . Dr. Aaron Welk is a kind and very trustful person, so I can rely anytime on his honest decision. He is the best endodontist that I met in my life! He performed a root canal with high precision and he helped me to find the solution for a painful tooth. He is very professional so I recommend him to anyone who needs a high quality root canal.
I would recommend them I think they do a great job pretty painless root canal. Dr is friendly and professional and assistant was too quick service. Only complaint is the office staff can’t seem to figure out insurance. The first time I went in I got there and they wanted I believe it was $1,000.00 never mentioned this to me when I made the appointment. I asked why it was so much and they just kept telling me that my insurance had a set amount they pay. So I had to reschedule it as I didn’t have $1,000.00. I came home an... read more
