I was very impressed by how well Dr. Welk explained an unusual diagnosis to me and my son. He didn't talk above our heads, but was thorough in spending time and helping us understand. (He was so good, my 18 year old even commented about how much better he felt after the explanations!) The office is comfortable and beautiful. I'd return here in a heartbeat for any future work.
Dr Welk went out of his way to help me with a painful tooth. He personally reached out to me over a weekend and I was not even a patient at that point. He also called my general dentist on my behalf before he even saw me. I worked in the dental profession for years and I recognize excellence. Dr Welk and his staff were kind, efficient and quick at a resolution to my problem. You are in good hands with Dr Welk!
I just moved to Oregon and needed a root canal right away; I was having trouble finding an endodontist, and one place I called was booked until mid-July! Cascade was able to fit me in the very next morning. Dr. Welk and Shauna are absolutely amazing! They were very thorough in their explanations of the process, and made sure I was at ease (I was super anxious). These are my people. Simply put, I'm on Team Cascade! From Nancy's welcome, forms and scheduling to techs and assistants - the office is gentile and professional. Dr. Welk was trustworthy and thorough - serious about the task and pleasant about life! Sometime Life Hands US a Reason for a Root Canal! When it does - I'll be booking this office again. Dr. Welk listened to every concern I had which gave me anxiety. He assured me that my root canal would be successful and that I need have no fears. He was right. He is highly skilled, I felt very little discomfort, and it was finished in no time. I've had no pain since the root canal. The other staff were also great to work with, the office is lovely and dental equipment is up to date. I highly recommend Dr. Welk to anyone who has fears of dental procedures.
