I would advise against wasting time with this establishment, as they tend to prolong the process only to ultimately deny applications. I had a more efficient experience with another agency, receiving approval within 24 hours, whereas this company took weeks to deliver a negative response. Maybe the first or second loan from them may seem easy, but once you establish a relationship with CaseMark, you realize they lack respect and empathy. And believe me, when you’re dealing with a personal injury claim, the LAST thing you need is people making you feel unworthy, like a nuisance, etc when you’re just trying to get by after something horrible happened to you. There are much better settlement loan agencies available. Star Finance, for one.
