This is a complete scam between this company and a few others. They WILL NOT even look at you if you are representing ourself in a MVA claim that I worked harder on then any lawyer would have and won the claim faster then any lawyer would have. I have won my case through Kings Bench with a substantial proven value and now simply awaiting the payout but they will only lend through a lawyer.... Maybe the first or second loan from them may seem easy, but once you establish a relationship with CaseMark, you realize they lack respect and empathy. And believe me, when you’re dealing with a personal injury claim, the LAST thing you need is people making you feel unworthy, like a nuisance, etc when you’re just trying to get by after something horrible happened to you. There are much better settlement loan agencies available. Star Finance, for one.
They are wonderful and easy to deal with, and the nice thing about them is the speed of the transactions and procedures. And of course, the high-class treatment and patience. And best rate
