Very clean environment & a wonderful staff. The staff member Taressa explained the process thoroughly. She was very kind & helpful. Definitely would recommend to other to visit this location.

I went into Cash Cow payday loan this morning in Gentilly to get a payday loan where the Worker was very rude. She couldn’t find my file. I told her where it was. She did not accept the fact that she was new and I’m a regular customer about 15 years, and I knew where my file was and not to confuse it with another person of the same name which has happened before she was very rude and need an attitude adjustment
The service here was fast, friendly and exactly what I needed. Taressa went over and beyond. She is a true asset to your establishment.
