Ridiculous! Never open when scheduled. Short staffed. Always an issue and it end up at the expense of the customer. Then if you call the next location they can only help so much but better than this location. Go to another location or company because the stress isn't worth it. There were also other with me waiting and waiting for a locked door. One time the girl took a hr lunch break at 5pm knowing it would close at 6pm.... most ppl get off near or around 5pm... Short on cash between checks and stopped into cash cow on Manhattan Blvd. Ms. Modia took great care of me! Quick and efficient! I was on my way to work and she took no time at all! Will definitely return when I’m in the need.
My experience with Ms. Modia was phenomenal. She carries herself in a professional manner and explains everything so well. I would highly recommend her to everyone.
The staff there is extremely professional. They explain everything well and go above and beyond to help. The manger Moe there is amazing as well. When the right management is in place everything goes well I only go to this location because I know I'm get the best service.
I’m glad I decided to go with cash cow solely for the customer service presented by the 2 great agents..they are very informative and always keeping you on your toes with your payments. They are not just there for a paycheck like others, they definitely care about you clearing your loan. I would highly recommend them to anyone. But only the “Manhattan“ store front.
