Ms. Ruby was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know in great detail. Although the process was a bit lengthy she was able to tell me exactly why and reassured me every moment she noticed I was getting a bit antsy. Overall experience was a 10/10 and I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs quick cash. Ask for Ruby!
I mentioned I had to be to work for a certain time and Ms. Lorena got me in and out within 15 minutes with more than enough time to spare. The loan process was also very easy. Ms. Lorena and Ms. Ruby took great care of me!
I worked with Sharon for myself and she was so sweet and efficient. The Following week my husband came in like 15 minutes before closing....and the doors were locked, but Ms. Lorena still helped him out. We were so grateful!! Very professional and nice!
