I mentioned I had to be to work for a certain time and Ms. Lorena got me in and out within 15 minutes with more than enough time to spare. The loan process was also very easy. Ms. Lorena and Ms. Ruby took great care of me!
Please do not go to this cash cow they have this one lady she been there for 3 weeks that's her excuse of why she has an attitude I go in there trying to get a loan I say good morning she doesn't speak to me she takes him before me and he asked how her day was and she goes great until people come in here trying to get car loans please go to the one on North Foster and Airline
I worked with Sharon for myself and she was so sweet and efficient. The Following week my husband came in like 15 minutes before closing....and the doors were locked, but Ms. Lorena still helped him out. We were so grateful!! Very professional and nice!
