Mrs. Da'Jon was upfront with us, and she gave all of the information toward the title loan. She explained it all and even referred us to another place, but we wanted to deal with her.
Staff is knowledgeable that’s why I gave a two. I don’t know who I spoke with but customer service was not good. It wasn’t the first time either. I thought I would try again however received the same service. Needless to say I didn’t use them for a second time.
Well I was in a bind and I passed by ,And decided to come by and get a loan and did. Ms D helped me she was very professional and also she is a very beautiful and intelligent young lady. I like her.
The ladies there was very polite. & it was quick service. Definitely will refer anybody I know in Need.
Mrs. Jeneen was very friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and worked fast helping me get what I needed. I recommend them for all your loan needs.
