We recently worked with Cassim Rug Gallery to clean all of our area rugs (several of which had older pet stains.) They all came back in perfect, pristine condition! Costumer service was top notch. We received help gathering the rugs from under the furniture, as well as placing the rugs back into their spots. This took close to an hour of extra help and was so appreciated! We will certainly be back!
Parviz has cleaned two oriental rugs for me and did a wonderful job! He came to my apartment to get them — one was very large — and was so skilled and professional. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Great people to do business with! Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned three rugs for us and the results were better than expected. They had a quick 4 day turn-around over a weekend, and the price was reasonable. We could not be happier!
We recently had a beautiful wool rug that we purchased from Lulu and Georgia resized by Cassim Rug Gallery to fit an oddly-shaped room in our home. Parviz was amazingly helpful, very knowledgeable and descriptive about how the rug would be trimmed, and what the stitching would look like once the rug was cut.
