I recently adopted my beautiful Kitten (Lily) from here via a mutual contact that works there and was fostering her and a two other kittens at that time she was being bottle fed and cared for before her eyes were even open and she did a wonderful job raising her ! I engaged with Castle Hill Vets for an ultrasound for my cat Eevee. I ordinarily use an alternative vet, but I needed this completed quickly and CHV were happy to assist. The price point for everything was reasonable (not cheap, but standard for the work) with no unexpected costs. The receptionists were warm, welcoming, and happy to assist with Eevee's comfort after some anxiety-induced carrier mess. We had such a positive experience at Castle Hill Veterinary Hospital and can’t recommend them highly enough. All the staff are amazing and make you and your pet feel loved. We just had our puppy spayed and Dr Aimee is everything you hope for in a vet — knowledgeable, thorough and incredibly kind. Took our puppy here for her vaccinations and ended up asking a million questions. The vet was so patient and never made me feel silly. Reception were super friendly and the nurses were great with her. Really nice experience overall and will definitely be back!
We have been bringing our pets here for years! Absolutely incredible team at Castle Hill Veterinary Hospital. The reception staff are always warm and welcoming, the nurses are so gentle and attentive, and the vets are knowledgeable and genuinely caring. They’re very transparent with costs and treatment options. Not the cheapest, but the level of care is outstanding.
