This was my first visit to Castle Hill Veterinary Hospital for my pet Neva Masquerade cat, Romeo. Booking was a seamless process on line and upon arrival I received a friendly greeting. The consultation with Dr Aimee was thorough, and coducted with cordiality and professionalism that was carried through by all staff. Staff at Castle Hill vet clinic were very helpful, polite,knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to see a vet for our dogs sore paw immediately. After examination the lovely vet explained our options and was transparent about pricing.

Our beloved family cat was euthanised here. The young lady vet who attended to him was very gentle, understanding and caring. The staff also gave us space to be alone with him while we grieved his passing. Thank you.

Our Samoyed was groomed and she enjoyed her visit. She came out looking beautiful. Cost was reasonable. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional.
