This was my first visit to Castle Hill Veterinary Hospital for my pet Neva Masquerade cat, Romeo. Booking was a seamless process on line and upon arrival I received a friendly greeting. The consultation with Dr Aimee was thorough, and coducted with cordiality and professionalism that was carried through by all staff. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. They guided me through the registration process with patience and clarity, making everything easy to understand. I really appreciated their support. The doctor was excellent—very professional and thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout. They also provided great assistance with vaccinations and follow-up care. Overall, a very positive experience!

Medical advice I completely trust and I know that our family Labrador has received, and continues to receive, the very best veterinary care over the last 14.5 years. Veterinarian, Max, is exceptional and a great brand Ambassador to the clinic. I highly recommend their services.
Couldn't praise more highly the Vet and nurse staff who came to my home, examined my dog, explained the issue thoroughly and then gave me the best options for treatment and recovery. After hospitalisation they kept in touch regularly with updates and costing ( which was pretty important for a pensioner)
