This was my first visit to Castle Hill Veterinary Hospital for my pet Neva Masquerade cat, Romeo. Booking was a seamless process on line and upon arrival I received a friendly greeting. The consultation with Dr Aimee was thorough, and coducted with cordiality and professionalism that was carried through by all staff. Our Samoyed was groomed and she enjoyed her visit. She came out looking beautiful. Cost was reasonable. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional.

Our beloved family cat was euthanised here. The young lady vet who attended to him was very gentle, understanding and caring. The staff also gave us space to be alone with him while we grieved his passing. Thank you.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. They guided me through the registration process with patience and clarity, making everything easy to understand. I really appreciated their support. The doctor was excellent—very professional and thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout. They also provided great assistance with vaccinations and follow-up care. Overall, a very positive experience!
