Everything about my experience was excellent. I've been a long time customer of the 2489 Location. I needed a larger unit but 2489 had nothing available so they sent me over to 2457. Martel was awesome. The transition was so smooth. I would recommend either location. Both have wonderful and friendly staff!!
My husband, mother in law and I had such a great experience at this storage facility. Friendly and affordable. Peter set me up when I came in to inquire and Martel the manager was very helpful when I actually rented the space. Explained everything and the process was easy. Clean office with candy treats too! Thanks CVH Storage!
I loved this storage! I used to use Public Storage and they just got too expensive. Thankfully Castro valley storage was right next door. Very affordable, clean, and big on security! I just moved out of the storage because I just moved into a bigger home! I’m so thankful for the this storage and how accommodating they are. Also, the manager is awesome and very helpful/knowledgable! I would definitely rent storage again if I need to and recommend to anyone!
I highly recommend Castro Valley Hayward Storage. I had 2 units over the last 18 months while we remodeled our house. Accessibility was great, the place was always clean and well lit, and I felt welcome whenever I went there.
