Wow! We were blown away by the amazing service here. Martel went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything about the units, pricing, and options. He was so friendly, patient, and easy to work with. On top of that, the facility is spotless, modern, and clearly maintained with care. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you!
Service is always great here. The staff are always willing to work with you, helpful, polite and respectful. I also feel confident that my items in storage here are well protected with several layers of security.
New to this but ... So much better than Extra Space Storage. Not a uber corporation which is constantly raising rent, Bay Area Consumer Checkbook now advises people to sell or dump everything because storage rent costs are so high. Here rent is considerably less. When shown the property, manager Martel didn't complain, documents were easy, terms clear, place is much cleaner and better maintained (compare it to Public Storage next door), bathroom during business hours. They have a moving van to help get you in.
The office staff is fantastic and the prices competitive. The unit I rented was clean. I really appreciate that there are people in premises for most of the day. I feel safer as a single woman going in site. I highly recommend them.
This place is awesome, very professional and courteous staff. The Manager Marcel, is on top of everything and is extremely helpful. This place is clean,, safe and secure your items will be safe here. Unlike other storage places I have used. If you’re looking for a place to store your things this is definitely the place, I write Castro valley Storage 10 stars!!!
