My provider was great, Catherine Rockwood. However, the front desk scheduled me for a first time patient appointment via tele-health after I told them I was on stimulants for ADHD. I was then told during my appointment that I needed to be seen in person due to state law in order to get those prescribed, so unfortunately, I’m now out of my meds without recourse for a refill until next week.

I’ve used Lifestance for ADHD diagnosis, med management and weekly therapy. I’m about to start an adhd course in mindfulness. All 3 practitioners I’ve seen have been incredibly kind and made me feel very comfortable. I could not give them a higher recommendation which is so refreshing in the field of mental health! Catherine Rockwood is so sweet and has been able to help Me with all of my needs!

My family therapist was really incredible. I have never felt so seen! I believe my mom also felt seen. I can’t describe the therapy experience but i know i was able to walk away from it feeling a lot less clustered in my head and a sense of peace and clarity. I got so lucky to work with Dr.Dayton.
