Manager knows of people living with tenants and won't do anything about it as they are not on the lease. Also was pretty much told that filing complaints on people does absolutely nothing even though I'm 100% sure our neighbors are selling drugs and I have 4 kids and worry about there safety but nothing is clearly going to get done. They need the re evaluate this location and get it sorted out.
This place has the most incompetent staff, they constantly lose your forms that you've given them.
