I am a big fan of Cavender's. This is the best store I've ever been to. The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to help me with their big selection.
Came to get a $750 dollar hat reshaped, the shaper was friendly, it took over an hour and a half, just for a minnick crown and a wtp brim, it came out horrible, i didn't say anything because i was running behind from how long it took, within 2 hours the hat lost all the shape, there are bumps all in the crown, it's crooked, and I got it back dirty, but that's what I get for taking a hat to cavenders to get it shaped, I will not be getting it shaped there again, which sucks because there is not many places around to get hats ... read more
Apparently their computer has listed shirts on sale that aren't on sale. It was a severe inconvenience to call them over the one shirt in my cart that went from 18.98 to 64.99. with 1400 in clothing in my shopping cart the manager was rude and the customer service was rude. All I was requesting was that they honor the price of the shirt. They treated me like a thief!
better try on everything in the store because there return policy gives them the right to deny any refund or return for any reason. the lady there said my jeans kinda smells like smoke i thought she was joking but she said i can sell them on facebook because she can't return them so im out 50 bucks because in her opinion they kinda smell like smoke . wont be going back. screw me once shame on u wont be a second time. bass pro is right next door
I have visited Cavanders Boot City here in Concord Mills mall and it did not live up to my expectations compared to the one opened in Louisiana. Employees standing around talking amongst themselves, no help is provided, needing to wait 30 minutes or more to get attended. There is plenty of great stuff to shop for, great store and it's lay out.
