I was in the store several months ago and bought shirts, belt, boots, and sunglasses. Spent over $2,000. Went in there a few months ago because my wife and I were going to Jackson, WY and needed more clothes. I wandered around for 20 minutes and no one greeted me or tried to help me. I watched them help or greet everyone else. My wife needed some clothes a couple of weeks later, and wanted to go get several outfits. Nice selection of belts, boots & apparel, but the employees really pull my rating down. At first a nice gal showed me where belts were, & said Let her know if I had anymore questions. Well, I did, but she wasnt around. One gal working register, so I waited for other customers to finish. She told me I could get belt i was looking for shipped directly to my house. Great! It was our first time in the store. I thought it was going to be mostly boots but what a good denim selection! My 13 year old son who has refused jeans since the age of 3 left with 6 pair that he loves and says are super comfy. Reasonable prices, friendly staff.
5 star experience, Worker named Brody Micah Littleton shaped my hat like no other, give this young man a raise, he make boot barn go to shame. Will make sure to come again for Brody!
Last time I came into the store, there was no one up front, no one greeted me. I couldn’t get any help with finding my size for jeans. The so called GM was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for something… At the Sevierville location I always feel welcomed and not like I’m a hassle.
