Not like your other Cavenders. The store looked nice. We were not greeted by anyone. Never asked if we needed help. We did not stay. The one I went to in Georgie was definitely a 5 star rating. Great customer service. Staff eagerly to help.

I was referred to this store by a customer in a different store. Go back in time where young men in cowboy hats are respectful and helpful. The store smells of leather. Easy to find items in departments. Most important hats in hard to find sizes are available. Great assortment of boots and clothes! I recommend this nice store in Turkey Creek.

Nice selection of belts, boots & apparel, but the employees really pull my rating down. At first a nice gal showed me where belts were, & said Let her know if I had anymore questions. Well, I did, but she wasnt around. One gal working register, so I waited for other customers to finish. She told me I could get belt i was looking for shipped directly to my house. Great! Then I go over to try on boots. A young man asked if I needed any help. Told him I could use some boot hooks. He said ok, then disappeared for like 10+ mins! ... read more

It was our first time in the store. I thought it was going to be mostly boots but what a good denim selection! My 13 year old son who has refused jeans since the age of 3 left with 6 pair that he loves and says are super comfy. Reasonable prices, friendly staff.

Last time I came into the store, there was no one up front, no one greeted me. I couldn’t get any help with finding my size for jeans. The so called GM was rude and rolled her eyes when I asked for something… At the Sevierville location I always feel welcomed and not like I’m a hassle.
