Stoped by for my first pair of boots and Allie made me feel welcomed and helped me find the perfect ones. Looking forward on coming back seeing her again for more suggestions! Great store, fair prices and they even honored me as a Veteran and provided their Veteran’s discount.
First and foremost this review has nothing to do with the Knoxville store. That being said I placed an order on 4/22/2025 today being 5/6/2025 3 weeks later I’ve yet to receive my complete order. I received 1 of 4 pairs of blue jeans. Today I called customer service the lady seemed to be helpful, after her telling me 1 pair was out of stock and she didn’t know why the others hadn’t shipped, I started to get frustrated (however still being respectful) she tells me I don’t know what you want me to do. Store was stocked well, especially in large size boots, BIG selection in sizes 14 and 15. Aiden was a rockstar, got me hooked up with boots, shirt and belt for my upcoming wedding with great suggestions and direction.
Payton and Frankie are high class! I came in looking to try on some boots to figure out the best fit for me and they were both amazing helpful. Frankie helped a lot in the sizing department and Payton was able to offer lots of tips for styling them! I haven’t bought the boots yet but I look forward to coming back in a couple of weeks to get myself a pair and wear them everywhere!
Went to Cavender's today, and had a wonderful experience! The store had a wide selection of stuff to buy. I personally loved the selection of boots to choose from and the hat bar was awesome! I went to the store to buy I cowgirl hat, had no idea what I was doing, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Bri measured my head and she knew some stuff about the hats but she said if you want more info you should talk to Frankie, he's your guy. So she goes to get Frankie.
