Good if you're looking for boots or clothing, but are not good hat shapers. Very helpful when looking for something specific.
Great place for everyone the have infants and up. Don't have to love western wear because they have lots of the latest trends. Huge boot selection
Although they carry some beautiful clothes, boots, hats and accessories the service was awful. As in non existent! We are a family of 4 wanting and willing to purchase multiple items but received no service so we walked out empty handed!
Business response:
Hello, Sandy. Thank you for your feedback and for the kind words about our selection. We expect our team to be attentive and available to assist every customer. Your comments have been shared with store leadership for review and improvement.
The store and staff was great but they don't have any women FRC'S. They need a better selection
Sales people where less than helpful. They couldn't be bothered to assist with a return, except to refund the money. One sales girl was so condescending and rude we returned the purchase and left the store. I have talked to others that state the same. Don't bother going to this store. I went to Tulsa and spent more money for a pair of boots. The staff here need a lot of customer service training.
I never got any help by any of the salesman the one male assistant manager just stared at me. Not mention he never helped any of the surrounding customers. The only people that said hi or remotely looked friendly were the register girls. Not ever shopping with Stillwater, Cavenders again.
