Gina (I think thats how you spell it) was such bright smiles along with such great taste. I came in to scope new options regarding outfits and she took the time to pick and style outfits/boots for me. Absolutely wonderful overall service with very helpful information regarding piecing together! Definitely coming back for the outfit she helped piece together! 20/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I don’t usually give business reviews however I just left and i’m a little disappointed. I decided I wanted to get a pair of boot but i’m honestly not really sure what to get or what style would fit me good… I though maybe a worker would ask if they could help or if I needed something but no one even greeted me. It’s not a huge deal usually but I wasn’t even sure anyone was there until I saw them talking in a corner. Western clothing store. Humongous, with a large parking lot. Large selection of everything, from boots to cowboy hat and belts and clothing. Helpful employees, spotless store. Wide, well merchandised aisle. Fully stocked. ♿️
The General Manager Hannah was extremely rude and very unprofessional towards her colleagues. I really appreciate the care of the other staff showed me, someone should try to learn something from them.
Good selection, price is a little high but if you look for deals you can find them.
