I don’t usually give business reviews however I just left and i’m a little disappointed. I decided I wanted to get a pair of boot but i’m honestly not really sure what to get or what style would fit me good… I though maybe a worker would ask if they could help or if I needed something but no one even greeted me. Western clothing store. Humongous, with a large parking lot. Large selection of everything, from boots to cowboy hat and belts and clothing. Helpful employees, spotless store. Wide, well merchandised aisle. Fully stocked. ♿️

Don't ever buy children's boots from here. On my daughters 4th time wearing them, she walked in the snow and now her boots are dried and permanently stained. I've owned multiple pairs and never had that issue. I called to ask for a return or exchange and the manager said no. She stated that children's boots can NOT get wet like adults can because they are not made with the same material (which was not mentioned anywhere on the tag or box).
