The only place in town that had the boots I needed was totally stoked to find a pair in my size. Hence, the 2 stars for the inventory. But was completely dissatisfied with the customer service. The Douche Bag "Manager" gave nothing but a cold stare as I complimented the range of inventory and set up. Premiere inventory, sorry customer service. Minorities are valued customers too! Can't be blue collar with soft hands.
The guy at the front was completely rude and he was the manager.. so sad Zero customer service. We walked in and no one was inside. Didn't realize they were "closed" opening in 5 min. Some guy walks up from the back and yells " you can't be in here, we are closed get out!" I said I'm sorry I'm here for an exchange and the door was open. He said I don't care you need to leave it's open for employees. Like no customer service no sorry for the confusion ide be happy to help at 12. Just get out. Unfortunately customer service was rude. I walked in and wasn’t greeted just given mean looks by three girls at the front counter with awkward silence. Everyone who walked in 2 mins after me was greeted. I felt very uncomfortable after that. won’t be returning to this location
I had a very pleasant experience and found all three items I was seeking for less than I expected to pay. Will definitely be going back.
Awesome atmosphere! Was greeted well. Great place. Waltzed in to check it out. Walked out with som new wear for great outing fits! Definitely will recommend to another friend!
