I had a very great experience here..soon I ask for assistance they had help there ready to assist i bought me a pair of exotic caiman boots.. very nice store and assistance highly recommend shopping here.
I went today just wanted to look, well, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I've never had so people bugging the hell out of me ! I ask were women's boot boots thanked the person and before I could make a foot to that area, it was to late. I understand you want your people to help, but when I felt like you don't want me to look at anything unless my mama helps me is a little much. Awesome place! Jennifer did a great job helping my youngest get the right boot at the right price! The staff actually knows what their selling and seems to have good knowledge of their products... This was our first visit but it definitely won't be our last! Planning on going back to get a new hat soon!
My teenage son’s Birthday is in December. So it is usually hard to find the presents he wants. Cavender’s offered a pair of boots he wanted, but didn’t have them in his size at the Prattville store. The manager pulled some strings and had them shipped for me from another store. They came in very FAST. He then called me as soon as he got them!! He definitely went the extra mile for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING AT THIS STORE!! Great service!!
