First time here, and my wife and I were surprised with how much we loved it. Neither of us have a "cowboy" esthetic. We came to buy work boots, which they had plenty of. But they also had many good cowboy boots, clothes, dresses, hats and other goods at decent prices. Fun theme here. Only improvement needed is some of the boots were pretty disorganized and all over the place, making things hard to find. I assume from people digging in and replacing them incorrectly. But organization could be a bit better.
Went in to buy boots for my husband and I today 1/11/26 and not one employee asked if we needed help despite other people in the same area where the employee walked right past us and asked the other person if they needed assistance. Was in the women’s section for quite sometime and not one employee helped or offered assistance despite making eye contact multiple times and trying to get their attention (did not buy any boots for myself due to lack of help). I had a very great experience here..soon I ask for assistance they had help there ready to assist i bought me a pair of exotic caiman boots.. very nice store and assistance highly recommend shopping here.
William and his team today went above and beyond to help my son and I with his new boots and wallet purchase. Entering the store we were welcomed throughout our shopping experience we were asked if we needed anything and were helped throughout our time in the store. Thank you for making this experience one that stands out.
I went today just wanted to look, well, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I've never had so people bugging the hell out of me ! I ask were women's boot boots thanked the person and before I could make a foot to that area, it was to late. I understand you want your people to help, but when I felt like you don't want me to look at anything unless my mama helps me is a little much.
