Awesome place! Jennifer did a great job helping my youngest get the right boot at the right price! The staff actually knows what their selling and seems to have good knowledge of their products... This was our first visit but it definitely won't be our last! Planning on going back to get a new hat soon!
Walked into this store with high hopes and was greatly disappointed. Every employee either ignored or didn’t even bother to help me. Even when I asked for help the employees either didn’t know or didn’t care enough to help. Even though they have decent amount of boots they lack variety in brands. I left after 30 minutes with no interest in coming back to this store.
Thrilled to have a Cavender’s Boot City in the River Region. Don’t let their name fool ya for those who aren’t into boots. They sell high quality jewelry, handbags, belts and dresses too. And they can even stretch your boots!
Had a defect with a $230 pair of boots. I was told they only have a 60 day return policy and there is nothing they can do. This place just lost my business. DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS!!
My teenage son’s Birthday is in December. So it is usually hard to find the presents he wants. Cavender’s offered a pair of boots he wanted, but didn’t have them in his size at the Prattville store. The manager pulled some strings and had them shipped for me from another store. They came in very FAST. He then called me as soon as he got them!! He definitely went the extra mile for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING AT THIS STORE!! Great service!!
