Went in to buy boots for my husband and I today 1/11/26 and not one employee asked if we needed help despite other people in the same area where the employee walked right past us and asked the other person if they needed assistance. Was in the women’s section for quite sometime and not one employee helped or offered assistance despite making eye contact multiple times and trying to get their attention (did not buy any boots for myself due to lack of help). Entering the store we were welcomed throughout our shopping experience we were asked if we needed anything and were helped throughout our time in the store. I went today just wanted to look, well, I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I've never had so people bugging the hell out of me !
