Cavenders is like the Coscto or Bass Pro Shop of Western Appearal, and this isnt their first rodeo as Cavenders is a well established, huge selection store specific for cowboys and cowgirls. They have quality clothing and selection like you wouldn't believe! This store was beautiful and the staff was kind overall. I had one problem, which made me never wanna come back. When I went in I asked this short lady with really long hair to help me with finding something. She didn’t seemed enthusiastic to help me and ended up not even having it. Totally fine but the attitude was awful. I went up to the register to pay and I find out she was I guess the manager of the store and she talked extremely poorly to her workers. Cammie was amazing! She helped me find the perfect pair of boots and made the whole experience so easy. Her customer service was outstanding-she was patient, knowledgeable, and so friendly. I really appreciate her help and highly recommend asking for her if you're shopping here!
I went to this store last week to pick out a new pair of boots. I was helped by a young lady who I later learned was the Store Manager. She went above and beyond to help me find a great new pair of boots and she even helped me pick out some new jeans and jewelry. Can't say enough good things about the selection this store offers and how great the customer service was. Thank you, Cammie!!
