Recommendedwalked in and was greeted and check on if help was needed 6 times during my 30 minute visit.
Wanted to exchange my jeans that was a Christmas gift. Received no help at all. When I finally decided to get my mother’s money back, was told only a manager could do that as 5 associates stood around because the manager was helping the lady that came in after me! I was at cavender’s for Black Friday 11-25-22 and bought some Jeans and wanted to buy some Justin shoes which there was a sign for 20% and a associate name Cameron came and offered help she said for me to let the cashier know that there’s a 25% office coupon that I could use to get the sale price so I said cool!!! The check out Girl that i paid 260.00 for a pair of boots, today if she ever was to smile or say thankyou or anything polite. i think her face would completly crack an shatter. Thats the last time i go to cavenders in Abilene Tx.
awful service!!! been buy boots there since they opened and have always been taken care of but on Thursday i went there and the employee was rude. i picked out a pair of boots and went up to the front to ask for the one in my size he was busy telling some girls up front dont leave ill be rlright back, he got the boots put them down and left saying come let me know if they fit. i opned the box and the boots were not even the same shade"color" and i told him he was rude and said yes they are real hateful. i walked to the front... read more
Walked in was looked at. Not a word spoken. Walked back to the boots. Passed a worker. Was stared at. Not a word spoken. Browsing around and hearing other people being greeted. Can I help you find anything? How are you today? I felt like pretty woman... prepared to spend 100’s of dollars but was judged and shooed out of the store by condescending looks.
