Employees are snobby. I should post her name but I won't. I was in line for a good 10 mins, lady in front of me was having issues returning an item. It wasn't keying in the system or something and they were struggling to get it figured out. A mother and daughter walked in and got behind me. Great place for Western Wear. Outstanding customer service
This place is a nice. The staff was helpful and I spent about $200 less than I was originally anticipating. The assistant manager was so kind and patient with the trainee that it made me feel good about shopping there. I'll definitely be back.
Excellent staff with a great selection. Melissa is so nice and helpful. They made our whole family feel welcome.
