After my dad’s passing, I brought in the hat I bought for him over 25 years ago to have it shaped for me. The emotions were far more than I expected, but the kindness, gentleness, and grace shown to me during that moment meant everything. Shalane cleaned it, shaped it, and truly brought it back to life. Employees are snobby. I should post her name but I won't. I was in line for a good 10 mins, lady in front of me was having issues returning an item. It wasn't keying in the system or something and they were struggling to get it figured out. A mother and daughter walked in and got behind me. Another employee came into the register area, noticed the situation looked me dead in the face, rolled her eyes and told the two ladies behind me, I can get y'all over here. Like gee thanks. This place is a nice. The staff was helpful and I spent about $200 less than I was originally anticipating. The assistant manager was so kind and patient with the trainee that it made me feel good about shopping there. I'll definitely be back.
