The customer service is fantastic. The selection is exactly what I wanted and I found a pair of boots that I needed at a great value. I also purchased a very expensive Stetson cowboy from them and it's fantastic. They are highly recommended.

We always get the best customer service here. They need a much larger section for big and tall men. That's the only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5.

Pretty good cavenders,I've been in this particular Cavendes once. Friendly helpful staff, good selection I personally think that I like the Cavenders in Odessa better. But good variety

I'm from FL and was looking for a place to buy some boots. This place definitely has those. For men, women, and children...all different colors and styles. They have tons of cloths, hats, belts, and accessories for reasonable prices. Don't get me wrong...some of the items are very expensive but they do have things at good prices.

First of all if you are looking for boots. You have just found the place. This place has hundreds of different types, color and makes. They don't stop there. They have work wear from normal to fire resistant. I would like to say that's all they have but no. They have Hats. Cowboy hats. And not the football team. They have dress clothes to go out. Hundreds of belts. They will clean and form your hat. They have a person who does that. They gave me advice on what type of boot oil to use. The workers are top notch on their servi... read more

Went today around 2:30 9/27/25. Brianna had crappy customer serve and didn't want to take our Order and asked the manager if she could do it . She Had a bad attitude the entire time. Julianna was absolutely the rudest of all that took over . The customer service by her was so rude. My Husband bought a hat today and wanted to order over $700 worth of stuff. Julianna said in a rude way "we can't make orders" when we have been there before and made orders . Clearly she just didn't want to write out the order on the order pape... read more

They should train their employees on product knowledge most are lazy and don't know much about any of the products or the sale items much less the time of day or what day it is what's funny is they ask you on the way out if you found everything yOur looking for ha ha that's a good one simply lazY lazy, or want to sell you something you dont want because they don't have what your looking for nothing much here attitudes of the sales staff could be adjusted as well rude they are , I'll purchase elsewhere nothing special here... read more
