Went in and found a pair of boots on sale on their display, went to buy a pair of the exact boot and didn’t ring up the right price, when asked them to check they went to the aisle and switched out the display and wouldn’t honor the price. That’s fine, boot barn will👏🏻
Rude, unprofessional, snotty, wannabe cowgirl employees. Take a course in customer service. When a customer smiles at you while approaching the register, you should return the smile and say hello, at the very least. The girl who rang me up didn't speak once during the entire interaction.
First of all: Great store. So glad they came to Lake Charles! Clean, organized, and great selection! But the staff?? TOP TIER. We came in last week to buy a pair of boots. My son has a trusty little stuffed puppy that he's had since he was born, and it goes absolutely everywhere he goes. Somewhere, in all the chaos of trying on boots, he misplaced his puppy.
