Got me these great pair of Ariats today. Store is really nice and they have a great selection
THANK YOU for coming to Lake Charles. I love this place. The cashiers and attendants are great. The last time I was in there I left my phone in one of the dressing rooms. I thought about it, went to go get it and it wasn't there. After I panicked and had 10 heart attacks I went to the cashier and asked her if someone turned it in. Aside from having nice boots and hats. I will gladly drive all the way to Lafayette first. The fact that the biggest size FRC shirt they have is a 2X is ridiculous. I understand that they cost more but not even having it available in store is unbelievable. Your “big and tall” RACK is so incredibly select that it’s also ridiculous. Then you have 1XLT included as if it’s big and tall. Multiple people I’ve spoken with have an easier time finding clothing at bootbarn. Which I don’t like or shop at. This location is AWESOME!!! This is my first boot purchase as an adult and I have been exploring my options for a year and a half. My family and I were traveling from the Carolinas and I made my way to Cavender’s in Lake Charles, LA, location, Store #107. The customer service was MAGNIFICENT from the time I entered the store, until the time I existed. The customer service was the best. You try to shop and want to add what you buy to your account but they say they are not connected to that yet and you have to create a new one, why? Then, I had to get some jeans ordered and when they came in they are the wrong size. I call and speak to someone who tells me they can’t do orders so if it’s the wrong size oh well. Word of advice, stick with Boot Barn. You won’t have this problem there!
