First of all: Great store. So glad they came to Lake Charles! Clean, organized, and great selection! But the staff?? TOP TIER. We came in last week to buy a pair of boots. My son has a trusty little stuffed puppy that he's had since he was born, and it goes absolutely everywhere he goes. Somewhere, in all the chaos of trying on boots, he misplaced his puppy. THANK YOU for coming to Lake Charles. I love this place. The cashiers and attendants are great. The last time I was in there I left my phone in one of the dressing rooms. I thought about it, went to go get it and it wasn't there. After I panicked and had 10 heart attacks I went to the cashier and asked her if someone turned it in. Aside from having nice boots and hats. I will gladly drive all the way to Lafayette first. The fact that the biggest size FRC shirt they have is a 2X is ridiculous. I understand that they cost more but not even having it available in store is unbelievable. Your “big and tall” RACK is so incredibly select that it’s also ridiculous. Then you have 1XLT included as if it’s big and tall. Multiple people I’ve spoken with have an easier time finding clothing at bootbarn. Which I don’t like or shop at. This location is AWESOME!!! This is my first boot purchase as an adult and I have been exploring my options for a year and a half. My family and I were traveling from the Carolinas and I made my way to Cavender’s in Lake Charles, LA, location, Store #107.
