Went in a few days ago to get new boots, and wasn't asked if we needed help. When it came to check out we were barley greeted. The boots we chose had small scuffs from others trying them, but wasn't offered to have them wiped down or anything and employee just tossed them around once stickers were taken off. Not sure if the employees being young had anything to do with our experience or if this is the typical service at this location but was not impressed and will probably continue to make the drive to another location.
Purchasing jewelry at this location is like going to Goodwill. They throw all your jewelry in a bag together with chains, earrings and bracelets tangled together. They told me they don't have tissue. Even Fredericksburg Trade Days and vendors at Wimberley Market Days have tissue and appreciate their customers. Also their selection of Consuelo bags and Hey Dudes is extremely limited.
