I’m from Seattle and made a quick pit stop in Cavender’s while in town — and WOW, I was absolutely blown away. I’ve been to plenty of western wear stores over the years and tend to make a lot of purchases, but this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, Steve treated my family and me like his own. He took the time to educate us about cowboy hats, helped us pick out the perfect ones, and then personally shaped each hat to perfection before sending us on our way. Great experience went to get my hat shaped and had their associate named Max work on it. He made it look great and installed a new hat band on the hat also. Plus hooked me up with a beautiful feather he had got from his friend to go with the hat band. Max was awesome we will be back to see him soon he is going to do some work on my wife's hat by burning in some art work on it.
I came here on a whim to see what "western wear" was like. I was expecting cowboy boots, but there where so many more than I thought there would be!! I was so excited because there is a boot for just about any look you'd want to put together. I was also surprised by how many adorable dresses they have here 🤩 I will be back for more dresses, for sure. Royston! Give this kid a raise!! He knew his stuff. Patient while I was learning my boot size. Could handle multiple customers at once. Have reccomemdstions. Upsold me on inserts. Dressed the part. I want him to work for me but he's too young. Good kid. Good sales person.
