A great friend we made in Arkansas originally from Texas Tommy Payne, told my son where he can get a George Strait cowboy hat since my son really liked his hat. Cayton ( I believe was her name) young girl employee helped me out , very friendly lady and very knowledgeable about the jeans in store, not even 2 mins in the store she promptly asked if I was finding everything okay and asked if I needed assistance ,she helped me picked out exactly what I liked and wanted , props to her 👏
Went in to get some work boots and other clothing, Roy helped me out & he was great but the young lady’s at the front were taking forever to check me out, I was next to be called and 2 girls left their register to go talk with her co worker. And finally another young lady called me to ring me up. Eastside Cavenders is way more professional. Never coming back to this BAYTOWN one, didn’t feel welcomed at all.
I bought a from hoodie from this place for $249.95 and it as damaged so I tried to return it and get the same one same size just not damaged brand new and the lady says she can't do nothing about that I have to keep it came with the receipt and everything that's the last time I buy a hoodie from here brand new hoodie I didn't pay so much just to get a damaged hoodie that they sold me. Be careful make sure you get the right size and that your merchandise is not damaged.
It's an upscale Boot Barn. Staff is very friendly and hat shaping is free. Very good selection of hats, boots, and belts. They also sell jewelry and accessories.
