The Management & Customer Service is very very horrible & lacks Professionalism at the 10102 Gulf Freeway Houston, Tx. 77034. They treat their staff there as if they're some street dog & the staff can't say anything about it. One of the Asst. Manager who's name is Katya Sorto-Melara is the number #1 WORST one there on making this Cavender's location a very HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT from treating the youngest to oldest staff there as if she's going to hurt of fire them by verbally abusing them. They don’t listen. I requested them to stretch my work boots a little and they ended up over stretching them. They tried to tell me to fill a bag with ice water and put it in the boot and that would shrink them back. WTF! Really? Are you kidding me? This store is a joke.
