Absolutely do not shop here!! There are better options than this place! It’s ran by children who do not want to help anyone and play on their phones the whole time.. and as you can see from managements response they do not care … My son wanted some boots - I asked for his foot to measured and to help us find the right size boots - I was told we don’t have a scale and to figure out what size he needs by trying them all on…. Ummm what? And no further help in the store as I needed to find jeans/ shirts and belts for an event… ... read more
Thank you Cavender's for saving me money ! I did plan on spending when I walked in and was totally ignored by the 2 salespeople busy chatting with each other. They did take time to both turn around and look at me before they continued chatting. I'm guessing it was a very important conversation that required this level of absolute rudeness toward me. I just shook my head and did an about face toward the exit.
My wife went shopping here 3/21. When she approached the counter to check out, the employees were chatting and the cashier asked if anyone helped her and she replied no. The cashier apologized and continued her conversation and cashed my wife out, all would have been normal except as my wife was walking out the cashier called out “and don’t come back!” Extremely rude and uncalled for. Extremely great experience! I didn't catch the ladies name, she had longer blonde hair, she was extremely helpful and patient with trying on different sizes and different types!
Young female cashier was very rude when we were checking out. However the male employee helping us was very kind and even grabbed our items to hold at the counter.
