Excellent customer service. Mason and the lady assistant manager are so helpful and nice. I haven't had a bad experience here. The rest of the staff are also very helpful and kind. I got a hat and Mason walked me through the different styles and helped me out. They are honest and for this reason I am a repeat customer and will continue going back.
I don't know what all the bad reviews are for. I've been going all year since I moved down here but last night on 12/17/2025, the lady manager was a sweetheart. Jake was also very helpful. I can't go in this store without being asked multiple times if I need help. The guy on the scooter that appeared to have a broken foot was also zooming around the store trying to find me a Stetson shirt. I've had nothing but positive experiences in here.
Absolutely do not shop here!! There are better options than this place! It’s ran by children who do not want to help anyone and play on their phones the whole time.. and as you can see from managements response they do not care … My son wanted some boots - I asked for his foot to measured and to help us find the right size boots - I was told we don’t have a scale and to figure out what size he needs by trying them all on…. Ummm what? And no further help in the store as I needed to find jeans/ shirts and belts for an event… ... read more
Extremely great experience! I didn't catch the ladies name, she had longer blonde hair, she was extremely helpful and patient with trying on different sizes and different types!
My wife went shopping here 3/21. When she approached the counter to check out, the employees were chatting and the cashier asked if anyone helped her and she replied no. The cashier apologized and continued her conversation and cashed my wife out, all would have been normal except as my wife was walking out the cashier called out “and don’t come back!” Extremely rude and uncalled for.
