I purchased a Rafter C long-sleeve shirt from this location in September, but did not wear it for the first time until the end of November. When I was taking it off, I noticed a fraying of the seam in the back of neck where the shirt meets the collar, in which a hole was visible. When I took it by the store on 12/6, and explained that all I wanted to do was exchange it, I was told via the store clerks that the store manager could not do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and go to the Plano location. The staff at the McKinney location completely ignored me when I went in to look for boots for my son. The entire staff was rearranging boots on the aisle I was on and none of them acknowledged me the entire time I was trying to look at boots while they blocked the entire area. I went to another aisle and a tall young man offered help. Unfortunately their boot stock isn't very large so I will be going to another location.
