Do yourself a favor and go to the Plano location. The staff at the McKinney location completely ignored me when I went in to look for boots for my son. The entire staff was rearranging boots on the aisle I was on and none of them acknowledged me the entire time I was trying to look at boots while they blocked the entire area. I went to another aisle and a tall young man offered help. Unfortunately their boot stock isn't very large so I will be going to another location.
