I was in the store getting help from a long haired thin blonde girl today( didn't catch her name). She was extremely helpful but , the cashier (Abby I made a point to get her name ) was so rude. Completely ignoring customers acting like we were a bother to her. As well as her attitude towards her coworkers. Please do yourself a favor and get an employee that wants to be there. We are spending good money in this store.

The new McKinney store needs a fast lesson from the Plano location. The new store has the feel of a bunch of non western high school kids are running this store. There is no Western warmth at all in the store. The help staff is a bunch kids dressed like TikTok wannabes. The women's clothing is a joke and the men's selection looked like the sales racks at Kohl's. We will definitely be driving to Plano. The lack of service and absolute disregard for me as a customer I have experienced today has left me feeling disgusted. I was not greeted upon entering the store, not one time in the hour I spent in the store did an associate offer to help me. I had to go out of my way to get someone to get the hat I purchased. I was treated as a nuisance or a burden. I spent over 500 in store was checked out as if they were annoyed to be scanning my items chunking them around as they scanned them. I purchased a Rafter C long-sleeve shirt from this location in September, but did not wear it for the first time until the end of November. When I was taking it off, I noticed a fraying of the seam in the back of neck where the shirt meets the collar, in which a hole was visible. When I took it by the store on 12/6, and explained that all I wanted to do was exchange it, I was told via the store clerks that the store manager could not do anything about it. Do yourself a favor and go to the Plano location. The staff at the McKinney location completely ignored me when I went in to look for boots for my son. The entire staff was rearranging boots on the aisle I was on and none of them acknowledged me the entire time I was trying to look at boots while they blocked the entire area.
