Went into this location yesterday evening around 7:25 PM and was wanting to buy some work boots ! I walked in and went down an isle where clothes were up towards the front and passed by 3 employees who were more concerned and entertained with the conversation that they were having amongst themselves ! Did any one of them greet me ??? NO !!! Did they ask if they could assist me ??? NO !!! Did I they acknowledge me as a Customer ??? NO !!! I guess their job is to talk and ignore the Customers ! Purchased some work boots today and unfortunately came home with the security tag still attached. The gentleman checking me out forgot to remove it during checkout wish I would've caught that during the transaction. Thankfully I was able to remove it without damaging my boots but this should be a standard procedure done during checkout. Other than that the store is very small compared to the other Cavenders surrounding the DFW area but looks new.
