Great store, customer service needs a little bit of work tho! There used to be a very nice girl that always helped my husband out when the store first opened. I believe her name was Lilian? She always had an amazing attitude and her energy is definitely missed every time we visit!
Good selection but no help whatsoever. I found the boots my son wants but no one to bring the other. I took it up to the register to have them get it for us and was told to go back n they would call someone back there. Never showed. I walked up n down the back since there were a few of us. Nothing! Easily spend 500 per visit. Bathroom are horrible. Do better...lots better.
The employees and manager himself which is a young man with braces are so rude. He couldn’t even wait to talk about me after I left but yet say it while I was in front of him and tried to make it seem like if he was talking about another customer…like all I asked was a simple questions about final sale price and on top of that his employee asked if she can have help with another register for the line of customers and he didn’t. Horrible costumer service! Employees never asked of we needed any help. Then when we had a question the girl said she would go ask the manager and never came back. We waited a good 10 minutes. When my husband went to look for her she was standing in the back talking and laughing with other employees, never even went to get the manager! Then the manager came and he couldn't even help us either! He seems confused about promotions that they had going on! Come on cavenders Harlingen, do BETTER! Store is well organized and clean . BUT they have the worst customer service ever . First time I visited the store no one helped but I assumed it was because of the grand opening . Nope been here a few times after and same outcome . Then they have the audacity to ask during checkout if anyone helped . Please get it together . You will continue to lose customers like myself to other retailers. You all can learn something from Bullrider and the Bootbarn .
