Great store, customer service needs a little bit of work tho! There used to be a very nice girl that always helped my husband out when the store first opened. I believe her name was Lilian? She always had an amazing attitude and her energy is definitely missed every time we visit!
Horrible costumer service! Employees never asked of we needed any help. Then when we had a question the girl said she would go ask the manager and never came back. We waited a good 10 minutes. When my husband went to look for her she was standing in the back talking and laughing with other employees, never even went to get the manager! Then the manager came and he couldn't even help us either! He seems confused about promotions that they had going on! Come on cavenders Harlingen, do BETTER! Definitely not returning to this l... read more
Store is well organized and clean . BUT they have the worst customer service ever . First time I visited the store no one helped but I assumed it was because of the grand opening . Nope been here a few times after and same outcome . Then they have the audacity to ask during checkout if anyone helped . Please get it together . You will continue to lose customers like myself to other retailers. You all can learn something from Bullrider and the Bootbarn .
I feel so uncomfortable everytime I come here! Worst customer service. Never a hello when walking in, nor do they ask if any assistance for anything is needed. Everyone is always standing around talking and laughing. Nothing compared to Mcallen’s location!
My daughter's and I all had to help ourselves, no customer service at all. All the employees seemed to be bothered when I asked for a specific size on boots. I left everything there. I'll just go to the one in Mcallen or Brownsville where they greet you and help you with a smile. ✌️
