Store is well organized and clean . BUT they have the worst customer service ever . First time I visited the store no one helped but I assumed it was because of the grand opening . Nope been here a few times after and same outcome . Then they have the audacity to ask during checkout if anyone helped . Please get it together . You will continue to lose customers like myself to other retailers. You all can learn something from Bullrider and the Bootbarn .
The employees and manager himself which is a young man with braces are so rude. He couldn’t even wait to talk about me after I left but yet say it while I was in front of him and tried to make it seem like if he was talking about another customer…like all I asked was a simple questions about final sale price and on top of that his employee asked if she can have help with another register for the line of customers and he didn’t. My daughter's and I all had to help ourselves, no customer service at all. All the employees seemed to be bothered when I asked for a specific size on boots. I left everything there. I'll just go to the one in Mcallen or Brownsville where they greet you and help you with a smile. ✌️
Great experience at this store Julian was very attentive and helpful with this order. I give credit where credit is deserved after a very sour experience at the McAllen location. Keep up the great work!!👍🏽👍🏽
Excellent new western store in Harlingen, Texas but sadly, it appears customer service was left out of the store's core values. We were never asked if we needed assistance and when we did inquire about a certain item, the young lady appeared bothered and continued doing what she was doing. No eye contact, or manners.
