AMAZING STORE!! Haylee the store manager was FANTASTIC and her whole team was helpful, always smiling, always stopping by checking on us. I can’t believe someone would leave a negative review because we came on Saturday for the first day of the grand opening and we had so much fun we came back on Sunday at the second day of the grand opening. It was their official Grand Opening. It was pretty far from home for me. I usually go to the Marietta location. The store is smaller, well kept, great inventory, their were a few items that I didn't see compared to the location in used to, but lots of the same great selections for cowboy boots and hats for men and women and a great selection of clothing as well. Went in to look for cowboy hats and was greeting with some of the best customer service. Was highly impressed with the manager / hat bar, Hailey. I highly recommend coming here for her work. Very prideful in her work and our hats were so beautifully well done. She had so much patience as we explained how we wanted them and has earned our appreciation. Will always come back.
The staff is super nice and very helpful. They always walk around and check to see if you're doing alright and they help you with any questions you have. They have a great selection there and the store is really nice. They just recently opened but I like this location a lot better than Snellville. Will be coming her again. Would definitely recommend.
The store and staff are amazing! My daughter and I made our first visit and purchase on Saturday. Hailey delivered excellent customer service in assisting us with selecting the best cowboy hat for the PBR event we plan to attend at Gas South next Friday. She was very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. From the moment we walked into the store to check-out, the staff was courteous. Kudos to Hailey and the team at Cavender’s Buford.
