TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I purchased some boots approximately 2 1/2 weeks ago. The style I liked was the only pair the store had in stock but it was scuffed. The sales lady offered to order a new pair and they would ship to my house within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called the store to check on my order and they said they had the boots there.
