I got a great pair of Ariat work boots here. They had the best selection of boots and sizes I've seen. I'm afraid to go back because I know I'll spend too much money. Great store👍
I try to give Cavenders a second chance, but they failed. Today I went by to buy a gift besides no greetings, they had a very bad attitude very unprofessional. I asked for help on a price and the lady was all rude to check. When I paid they didn’t even asked me about my loyalty member number.. So why even have loyalty # if y'all ain’t gonna stick with it! Employees need more training in customer service.
I have probably spent thousands at Cavender's throughout the years，but today they lost a customer for life. I bought some really nice looking Twisted X boots I wore for a Veterans day appreciation at work, which is a massive construction site in Brownsville. These boots started to rub the inside of my legs raw and started to bleed just from walking. On 10/08/25 I went by during my lunch to take a quick peak at their children's boots. I did not receive any type of greeting or did they offer to help. I did see about 3 to 4 employees at that time. After 5pm I stopped once again to take my children and buy a couple of boots. Again, they did not offer any type of help at least 3 employees were there at that moment. Once sales associate asked if anyone was helping us I stated "NO". They could improve on their customer service.
