Went for a Ariat shirt. Was on sale. Store is nice. Staff are helpful and friendly very clean and organized. We enjoy shopping here for our western needs.
I try to give Cavenders a second chance, but they failed. Today I went by to buy a gift besides no greetings, they had a very bad attitude very unprofessional. I asked for help on a price and the lady was all rude to check. When I paid they didn’t even asked me about my loyalty member number.. So why even have loyalty # if y'all ain’t gonna stick with it! Employees need more training in customer service.
I got a great pair of Ariat work boots here. They had the best selection of boots and sizes I've seen. I'm afraid to go back because I know I'll spend too much money. Great store👍
I called to ask if they could check if they had some shoes available that I wanted to get for my husband and the lady I spoke with left me on hold for 15 I decided to hang up the call instead
I have probably spent thousands at Cavender's throughout the years，but today they lost a customer for life. I bought some really nice looking Twisted X boots I wore for a Veterans day appreciation at work, which is a massive construction site in Brownsville. These boots started to rub the inside of my legs raw and started to bleed just from walking.
