I currently live on subdivision MONARCA. Looks like they have no restrictions.! My neighbor doesn’t cut the grass, looks like a jungle, at this point. there is a van thats been parked on the street for over 8 months. I cant even back out to leave my house. And also they have apartments for rent. I thought that wasn’t permitted. Might as well rent the rooms inside my house and go live somewhere else.
The receptionists were very rude and unhelpful. They were unable to answer my questions or provide any assistance, and instead of trying to help, they hung up on me. Very disappointing customer service.
Very helpful & friendly staff. Answered all my questions & explained the process thoroughly.
Never get back to you
