My husband and I moved into the Bel Air Estates while it was owned by Sea Breeze Dothan. None of us were told about any sale that was going down at the time of us entering into a lease. As of October 2019 Cayman Bay has been the worst place to live. The new owners who took over the place are nothing but money hungry people. I have lived out on the property since 2011 and never had any trouble til near the end of 2019. The property managers are very racists and is always harassing us about little things. They promised us that we can live in peace or provide a peaceful place to live while here but me and my family have yet to have peace.
