Gordon made securing a mortgage a simple process for us in Yorktown, VA. Everything was taken care of electronically and he was easy to communicate with via text and phone. Gordon was honest and transparent regarding rates and fees and worked tirelessly to get to closing, even after hours and weekends. I think the best way I can describe my experience was that I never once felt like a customer, I felt as though I was her friend that she was just trying to help.
