We had a flood in our basement and we had Matt McDowell come out to our residence and he was beyond helpful to us in everything that we needed. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable about everything that was going to need to take place in the near future. Matt and his team set up equipment to dry out our flooded area. Thanks to C&B Complete cleaning and construction we were able to ensure our basements future for our family. They have my gaurrenteed business and my good word of reference for the future.
I just wanted to thank Maggie and everyone, Sean, Carlos, John, the packing and unpacking team (they were both fabulous) for all the care they gave to my property, keeping me informed on the process and just an overall excellent job. I understand that nothing is perfect but I really appreciate your company, doing what you promised and making a painful process as pain free as possible. As a contractor I get a lot of calls from people asking about certain companies and recommendations of who to use. If it’s fire/ water damage/ mold or anything of that nature C&B is the only business I refer them to. I know they will not only be ready and available, but they are going to mitigate the problem quickly with professionalism.
Obviously terror strikes anyone the moment they realize they’ve had a leak let alone several. C&B showed up so quickly after we called and got things dried out and looking better than they were before. Matt was very easy to deal with, always answered when we called and completed the drying process rapidly, stopping any mold in its tracks from spreading. Cant recommend this company enough!

Leaks and mold are never fun to deal with but I am SO thankful to have C&B Complete to help with the process. We recently discovered a leak and suspected possible mold as a result.
