My anxiety has been significantly reduced due to the kindness and professional approach of this office. Everyone we encountered was upbeat, informative and positive. I felt welcomed from the start. Everyone was kind, supportive and knowledgeable. I feel secure with Dr. Flores and her treatment plan for me. Although it was my first time there, I felt like an old friend. I know I am in good hands with this team of professionals.

I was referred here from my PCP and called to make my appointment. New patients are to leave a voicemail and be called back within 24-48 hours. I called back 4 days later after not hearing from them. I spoke to an operator, who spoke to the “new patients” team and was told they were unavailable to take my call. They are “backed up” and going through the list and will call me. It has officially been two weeks. Getting referrals and approval aren’t always the easiest so I am so disappointed with this office.

Everyone has been very kind attentive and compassionate. Any issues i have been resolved quickly. The clinic is great and everyone has been very good at what they do! I am in remission from Ovarian cancer and on immunotherapy

All the staff have been wonderful! Especially the nurses in the infusion room! They have all been especially helpful while I have been undergoing my chemo treatments! Although I will be transferring my care to the VA hospital in LaJolla in November, I am extremely grateful for the care I have received from cCare! Thank you all so much for what you do!!
