I was referred here from my PCP and called to make my appointment. New patients are to leave a voicemail and be called back within 24-48 hours. I called back 4 days later after not hearing from them. I spoke to an operator, who spoke to the “new patients” team and was told they were unavailable to take my call. They are “backed up” and going through the list and will call me. It has officially been two weeks. Getting referrals and approval aren’t always the easiest so I am so disappointed with this office.

My experience was great!! Loved my doctor, reception, the nurses. I was sad my insurer Medicare Advantage Plan/Scan dropped cCare, Scripps/Optum Care Network. I was forced to secure another oncologist for my Multiple Myeloma treatment and care. I have not had a chemo treatment since September 2025.

I just finished my last prescribed cycle. I’d have to say that my experience was very favorable. Overwhelmingly so by and large. From the front desk receptionist, Kristina; to the NPs, Wairimu and Patricia; to the MAs, Julianna, and most of all my chemo nurses, Nicole, Bianca, and Kaysee, made my visits to their office pleasant. I was always treated respectfully and kindly. Of course, Dr. Banerjee was excellent. Great “bedside” manner.

My anxiety has been significantly reduced due to the kindness and professional approach of this office. Everyone we encountered was upbeat, informative and positive. We have a treatment plan and a path forward, my husband and I are truly impressed. Thank you for your taking patience and hard work.

I felt welcomed from the start. Everyone was kind, supportive and knowledgeable. I feel secure with Dr. Flores and her treatment plan for me. Although it was my first time there, I felt like an old friend. I know I am in good hands with this team of professionals.
