I rarely write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience. I personally scheduled a telemedicine appointment in advance for my elderly mother with Dr. Turner, and unfortunately the receptionist’s behavior was extremely disappointing. I took time off work to help my mother join the video appointment, as she cannot do this on her own — only to be told that the doctor was actually on vacation and unavailable. You will not find a more amazing Doctor than Valarie Galvan Turner. With an incredible caring staff of interns and nursing staff. I will forever be grateful to all of them for saving my life. Always provide me with exceptional care, knowledge and explanations for everything
When I first met Dr Valerie Galvin Turner I felt very comfortable with her and also with her staff when it came time for my surgery last year in September and the after visits of the surgery she was very thorough about what was going to happen, what the process was and the after process of the surgery.
