Dr. Turner and staff are professional and friendly. They are very detailed in helping you understand your health plan and what additional Apts are necessary for your care and when and where to go. I can always call for any help if I'm confused without feeling like a burden or an annoyance which is rare, in my experiences. Thank you Dr. Turner and staff, you are all appreciated.
I rarely write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience. I personally scheduled a telemedicine appointment in advance for my elderly mother with Dr. Turner, and unfortunately the receptionist’s behavior was extremely disappointing. I took time off work to help my mother join the video appointment, as she cannot do this on her own — only to be told that the doctor was actually on vacation and unavailable. You will not find a more amazing Doctor than Valarie Galvan Turner. With an incredible caring staff of interns and nursing staff. I will forever be grateful to all of them for saving my life. Always provide me with exceptional care, knowledge and explanations for everything
Dr Galvan-Turner is amazing. She listens, she cares, she’s very knowledgeable and explains things to you. The office staff is also amazing. From scheduling appts, keeping on top of authorizations, they are always helpful and kind. Highly recommend.
I had a long wait to see the doctor in the waiting room and the doctor room but every thing is good doctor gaven wad great so was her assistant.
