Dr Galvan-Turner is amazing. She listens, she cares, she’s very knowledgeable and explains things to you. The office staff is also amazing. From scheduling appts, keeping on top of authorizations, they are always helpful and kind. Highly recommend.
I rarely write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience. I personally scheduled a telemedicine appointment in advance for my elderly mother with Dr. Turner, and unfortunately the receptionist’s behavior was extremely disappointing. I took time off work to help my mother join the video appointment, as she cannot do this on her own — only to be told that the doctor was actually on vacation and unavailable. I have been seeing Dr Galvan Turner for over a year. She is very detailed and knows what she is taking about, she always makes me feel comfortable and answers all my questions. Her staff is so kind and respectful and have always been very helpful to my needs.
You will not find a more amazing Doctor than Valarie Galvan Turner. With an incredible caring staff of interns and nursing staff. I will forever be grateful to all of them for saving my life. Always provide me with exceptional care, knowledge and explanations for everything
