While everyone at the Altoona branch is helpful and patient, Debbie Bates is phenomenal. She is the true meaning of personal banker. She knows us, our accounts, and how we like to do business. I could not be happier with her service.

Diane is the best banker I have ever met. She always takes time out of her day to help me with my needs. Whenever I have a problem that needs to be solved I always go to her first. Thank you Diane!! You are AWESOME!!!

In person customer service here is great, it's a shame that whoever answers their customer service number isn't. I had an issue with it constantly forgetting I gave it permission to save my thumbprint verification. Got a really offended "kay" like I was wasting their time so I hung up.

Things were going fine until I needed a new debit card. My debit card was set to expire in September. I called halfway through the month of September, to confirm I was getting a new card and They said yes, a new card was in the mail. Fast forward to the end of September, and I still have no card. I called and asked where my card was, and they said they were not sending me one because they were no longer having school fundraiser cards. So my bank app doesn't work since the phone call security system was put in place. (Which is a total inconvenience) I've called several times and was told there's nothing wrong with the app. It won't load on either of my phones. Was also told they don't have a tech support? Really? This is just the last issue I've had with them. United bank was an awesome place to do business but the switch over to ccf lost me right away!! Customer service is all gone. Time to make the switch myself!! Any recommendations?
