Have been with this bank for 12 years since I relocated from IL. All employees I have dealt with have been so friendly and helpful. Always feel able to ask for help and etc.
Previous I had given Ladysmith CCF bank a bad review. My complaint was not about the staff or the work skills. My original complaint was about CCF computer system failing. Since my first review I found I was incorrect. I have no complaints at this point, and as originally stated. The staff there is extremely friendly and I am quite fond of them, and appreciate all that they do. So, ladies please except my apologies if I made you feel uncomfortable in anyway, shape, or form. You are Well Appreciate!
CCF Bank is far and away, the best bank in the Rusk County region. Exceptional customer service, and number one at safeguarding customers' accounts against fraud.
The teller working Wednesday afternoon on June 9th was incredibly friendly and helpful. Made a great impression for the bank. Very smooth and convenient drive through.
