Pool was installed three weeks ago! I’m left with a muddy backyard! They took so much extra grass to install the pool it doesn’t make any sense! I understand a few inches but it’s way more than it was needed to be taking to install the pool !! This is horrible!!
This Company installed a pool, left rocks underneath the liner and will not honor the warranty.
I had my pool installed by them in June and sent them a text twice about the install of my pool I know they said we would have some wrinkles in the pool but not as many as we have and not just that the Sand underneath is not level at all if you walk in to the center of the pool it’s higher and lower as you walk away from the center and I understand it was a hand dig and they didn’t expect tree root and took them all day toward the end they were rushing to get the pool done but the quality of getting it done right was not the... read more
