The appt I had was with Cecelia Iacoviello and she was very pleasant to talk to and listened very intently to all that I had explain to her. She made me feel really comfortable, and discussed my situation and didn’t rush me. I’m very happy with the conversation we had and would recommend this service. I love my experience with lifestance and my provider. Seamless experience and great service. Love the portal options and telehealth options as well. Definitely recommend! **update** I’m feeling pretty disappointed with my experience right now. I’ve been dealing with increased anxiety and panic attacks recently—bad enough that I ended up in urgent care and the ER for heart-related symptoms. I didn't feel that she asked me enough about my depression. I basically told her which medication I thought she should add to my current medication Bupropion per my Psychologist recommendation. I also said my Duloxetine should be reduced back to 60 mg instead of 90mg. She did not tell me if I should titrate down gradually, from 90 mg. She was nice & personable.
