I moved in here late November 2024 now it's early April 25. It hasn't been bad. Yes the HW tank sucks a*s. It doesn't get very hot. But I drained it n it got better. The DW doesn't drain. But I use my shop vac to drain the water. Maintenance is lacking here but I have been in the trades 25 years. So I do my own maintenance and don't wait on these amateurs. Great place to live since the new management company took over. The new manager, Peter, has gone above and beyond to begin fixing things around the property and I am truly grateful for that. I look forward to seeing the changes they continue to make.
Visited Cedar Lane this week and met the new management team. Peter, Toni, Benjamin, and the whole takeover team were great. They answered all of my questions in great detail and told me about some of the improvements coming to the property. Cedar Lane is definitely on the top of my list for when my current lease ends.
As with any apartment complex you’re going to have your ups and downs, especially with ownership changes. Beforehand, Cedar Lane couldn’t be bothered with repairs or complaints. But new ownership took over recently and JJ in the office has been more helpful than the people before. At a surface level it can seem like it’s all bad but in all reality she is taking over for a company that didn’t do things correctly. I would give this place a ‘0’ star rating if it let me. Easily the worst apartments in Tulsa. INFESTED with cockroaches, water damage (i feel sick staying here because I think there is mold in the walls.) lots of people on drugs walking around. When i need to do laundry, the dryers don’t have HEAT. The apartment complex is actually over run with cats EVERYWHERE. Cockroaches will live in your dish washer.
