I purchased a new home in Austin from out of state and before I arrived I had a new garage door installed. I saw that Cedar Park overhead doors was highly rated so I chose them and contacted a sales person, Kathryn. Kathryn was extremely helpful. She went to the house and inspected the door and we decided to replace not only the door, but the tracks, springs and opener as well. I had a spring replaced. KC explained the entire work process. Made sure I understood the repairs that were needed. Installed and performed tests to assure that everything was working correctly. Very impressed with the professional service and the quick service. My go to guys from now on.

Rakim Jackson, aka “Stretch,” of Cedar Park Overhead doors was a pleasure to work with. He is a perfectionist and made my vintage “California garage doors” work even better after- I had my garage center post reframed. It was yanked loose by the horrible microburst/hailstorm of 05/28/2025. I hope to keep using him if I need more additions to my garage. Thank you, Stretch.👍💪

Ten out of ten! I was very impressed with the fact that my garage door broke on Friday and I was able to contact this establishment and have someone come out first thing Tuesday morning after the holiday weekend. The installer Rakim aka Stretch message me prior to showing up giving me ample time to prepare for his arrival. He came in was able to assess the situation in the garage. We got lucky!! They sent a tech out the day we called..he was fast & efficient. Installed new opener..super quiet. Set up our openers & MyQ & gone in a flash.
