2 year old home and builder had stripped out several screws holding roller brackets tight. Chris H replaced screws with bolts and nuts securing all brackets. The loose brackets had allowed top two panels to bucket up a little, so he installed a 16' metal strut to help align panels. He then adjusted travel button to assure proper open and closing of the door. Great work, door is quieter and panels are perfectly aligned. Chris H was fast, friendly, and new exactly what to do. I had a great experience with Cedar Park Overhead Doors. My garage door broke after hours, and they were incredibly responsive when I called. It wasn’t an emergency so they called me right away the next morning and quickly sent Ted out to help, and he was outstanding. Chris H from the Marble Falls division of Cedar Park Overhead Doors did an excellent job with maintenance work on my garage and shed doors. Excellent communication, pride in his work and did a courtesy check up on other garage door functions. Shane made scheduling easy. Onsite payment option after completion was a plus. It’s great to have a local overhead door company we can count on for excellent service. Highly recommended.

Technician Chris H. was awesome just like last visit. Worked late on a miserably hot day so I would not have to miss work the next day. Saved my week!! Explained every single thing that was wrong and everything that needed to be fixed and the cost for everything. Cedar Park Overhead Doors has been our go-to garage door opener company for 17 years. They have always been responsive and done great work. On this most recent occasion we wanted to replace a high-lift opener. We got a next-day appointment.
