My Monday started with the discovery that our garage door spring had snapped. Since we had a positive experience with Cedar Park Overhead Doors at our previous home, I called them immediately. Within three hours, my door was better than new. Chris was prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I was really impressed with how quickly he responded. Although I doubt that I will ever need help with this garage door again, I would definitely call this company again if a problem did arise.

We have three heavy wooden doors with original installation in 2010. Required annual maintenance and occasional spot repair. Eric McFerrin came out to give us a quote on a Wednesday. He returned the next day, worked nine hours to upgrade all three doors. He walked us through all the new tech features and programmed our cars. Not a nut or bolt left behind. Eric did this all himself with humor and smarts; we felt we made a friend by the end of the day. Actual cost was a bit less than the quote, too. Thank you Eric.

We had Eric come out today to replace the rollers on our garage door. He was very professional and courteous. He was very thorough during his inspection of the door and gave me helpful tips to maintain the operation of my garage door. I will definitely recommend Cedar Park Overhead door for door repairs or replacement.

This was my first time dealing with the Marble Falls location. Eric and team are awesome! The day before the winter storm hit my garage door had an error and wouldn't close. I called to report what was going on and in under 2 hours Eric was here assessing the issue. He was super friendly and took the time to educate me on everything he saw happening and the why behind it. Eric had the wires back on spool, track adjusted, and hinges/spring greased in no time.
