We used Apple Doors for a new garage door installation and their service and product exceeded expectations- a beautiful result. Our technicians Jack and DQ were outstanding- excellent and professional- we were so pleased with the entire experience.
I wanted to share my thanks to Jake B and Jack who fixed my door in record time and were so courteous. They arrived early, gave me a 40 minute heads up when on the way (always appreciate that so I can plan), and did an excellent job. Thank you to both of them!
Jack and Jake did a fantastic job. Both knew what was to be done and wasted no time in installing my door. Very professional and polite. My door worked like a charm. Can't say enough about how pleased I am with the job they did.
I truly hate to leave bad reviews, but this is the only way to learn and improve. Our garage doors look and work great so far. Installed end of last year 2024. They returned in early SPRING to install the installation around the doors, but for some reason they didn't take an account of what stock they had, as when they arrived, they realized they did not have enough to do the job, so they said they would be back when they get the supplies. Apple door was awesome to work with from design to ordering and it was even on time! Installation took about 2 hours and everything works perfectly! Highly recommend.
