Joey came out and spent a good amount of time, tuning up putting new rollers etc on 3 garage doors. We found Joey to Be a good representative to Cedar Park Overhead Doors. He was friendly/knowledgeable/and professional. This company installed all our garage doors when we built this house and we call them periodically to keep everything running smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer this company as we’ve always had excellent service and always in a timely manner.

A pleasant experience from beginning to end with Cedar Park Overhead Doors. Chris H. & Luke P. installed my new garage door. They arrived on time and were friendly and thorough. Chris H. took the time to explain what was done during the installation, along with a few extra things he had to do to accommodate my specific home. The new door opens and closes quieter and smoother than my previous door and the color is a perfect match to my house trim. Chris H was wonderful!!! Banged up part of our garage door plus a few rollers came out of the track & he arrived to save the day & repair the damage instead of having to replace the door. The rollers were an easy fix but they were old metal just grinding along the tracks. Got some better rollers & it’s so much more quiet than before. Tuned up & lubricated various parts. He was absolutely amazing! He worked efficiently. Professional & friendly. The cost was very reasonable.

2 year old home and builder had stripped out several screws holding roller brackets tight. Chris H replaced screws with bolts and nuts securing all brackets. The loose brackets had allowed top two panels to bucket up a little, so he installed a 16' metal strut to help align panels. He then adjusted travel button to assure proper open and closing of the door. Great work, door is quieter and panels are perfectly aligned. Chris H was fast, friendly, and new exactly what to do. I had a great experience with Cedar Park Overhead Doors. My garage door broke after hours, and they were incredibly responsive when I called. It wasn’t an emergency so they called me right away the next morning and quickly sent Ted out to help, and he was outstanding. He diagnosed and fixed the issue fast, professionally, and at a very reasonable price.
