The person who answered the phone, Jennifer, was very rude and was almost dismissive of the fact that I filled out an application online and gave all my personal information. She made me feel shameful and stupid that they don’t work online anymore and told me that it would all have to be done in person. When I finally got her to tell me about open units, they were not what was advertised online. She was very rude and Would not want my senior family members living here.
Be aware of management. Not good. Escobar will open a court case on her tenants the moment she decides to dislike them and have them evicted.
We are like a family. It is very nice. We help each other
I have lived here for over 5 years with no major issues. They repair things in a timely manner.
Ms. Escobar is by far the worst manager. Be aware.
