Our cemetery property was listed in late August, 2025. Today, we were informed that it was sold at the price we had proposed. What a great service Terry provides. I’d held onto this plot that had been passed down to me not knowing what to do with it or how to get rid of it. Once I found this company, they made it so easy and I made a lovely little profit. Most of all, someone else is very happy to have a plot they want. Great service!

My parents purchased 5 plots when my sister passed away 40 yrs ago. There were 2 left. After losing my mom in 2021 my brother in 2021 then my father passed in 2024, I put the remaining plots up for sale. I found Cemetary property resales through cypress lawn. It may have taken a few months but they came through. Thank u for helping my family. Honestly if I had more plots I would sell them all.

I was so glad that i trusted my cemetery property with the Cemetery Property Resales. It was really a surprised when it was sold so fast with my name price. It was only a thought of selling that spare cemetery property at oakhill. Having a cemetery plot to sell was an eye opener. Prices for resale are considerably lower than what the cemetery sells them for. I checked two resellers. My plot's location was very nice. CPR did sell the plot for a bit more than I was told to expect by both resellers. Thank you.
